Driven by the fluid driving module, a sperm sample flows at a set flow velocity and in a set mode in the microchannel of the biological chip, and the sperm amount, the sperm concentration and the sperm motility in the tested sperm sample are obtained by the coulter principle and a unique algorithm. The invention also provides a sperm quality analysis method. The analyser of the invention realizes fully automatic high-throughout rapid analysis of the sperm sample.
