Abstract

The invention discloses a process method for controlling sizes of secondary recrystallization grains of oriented silicon steel, mainly comprising the following steps of: A) smelting, a converter or an electric furnace is used for steelmaking, molten steel is used for acquiring an oriented steel casting billet after the secondary refining and continuous casting, wherein, N content is equal to or higher than 40ppm; B) hot rolling; C) normalizing; D) cold rolling, the cold rolling lasts until reaching the thickness of finished plates, and the final reduction rate is equal to or higher than 80 percent; E) decarburization / nitriding, including the decarburization annealing or nitriding treatment to steel plates, and cleaning to oxide layers; F) coating aluminum paste to form a fine aluminum grid; and G) high temperature annealing and hot leveling annealing. The process method has advantages of simple procedure and easy operation, and can reach the effects of thinning magnetic domain and effectively controlling sizes and shapes of the secondary grains without laser notching.
