Problems solved by technology

Such internal methods generally have problems such as high cost and limited corrosion resistance.
In particular, sulfate corrosion is mostly concentrated in sections or parts with high sulfate concentration or water evaporation, freeze-thaw cycles, alternating wet and dry, hydraulic scouring, etc. The method of internal addition is not targeted, so selective external coating The corrosion layer process should be more effective and reasonable, but currently there is no material similar to this kind of external coating

Embodiment 1

[0054] Prepare the cementitious polymer anticorrosion coating according to the following weights:

[0055] Epoxy emulsion - 20 kg, vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion - 10 kg, styrene-acrylate copolymer emulsion - 10 kg, silicone defoamer - 1 kg, polyene polyamine curing agent - — 5 kg; cement — 33 kg, quartz sand — 20 kg, cellulose — 1 kg.

[0056] First, the liquid phase material is mixed evenly in proportion, and the solid phase material is also mixed evenly in proportion, then the solid phase powder is slowly poured into the liquid phase material, and fully stirred until there are no air bubbles, and the obtained slurry is the final product of this example. Product anti-corrosion coatings.

[0057] Performance Testing:

[0058] Use a long board brush to stick the prepared anti-corrosion coating on the surface of the 1:3 cement specimen for 4 to 5 times, the thickness of the coating is 1.5 mm, and the material used per square meter is about 2.5 kg. Put the painted ...

Embodiment 2~4

[0064]Prepare cement polymer anticorrosion coating by each component weight described in table 1, and detect each embodiment specimen corrosion resistance coefficient with the method identical with embodiment 1 as follows:

[0065] Table 1

[0066]

[0067] The above experiments show that the polymer anticorrosion coating of the present invention has very good sulfate corrosion resistance, and can be used as sulfuric acid for cement-based materials in environments such as high sulfate concentration or water evaporation, freeze-thaw cycles, alternating wet and dry, and hydroscouring. Salt corrodes ideal materials.

Abstract

The invention discloses polymer cement antiseptic paint and a preparation method thereof which includes the steps of respectively mixing solidoid materials and liquidoid materials to be even, gradually adding the solidoid materials into the liquidoid materials, and blending thoroughly until no bladders exist; wherein the liquidoid materials include 10-50wt% of epoxy emulsion, 0-30wt% of vinyl acetate-ethene copolymer emulsion, 0-30wt% of cinnamene-acrylate copolymer emulsion, 0-1wt% of organosilicon defoamer and 2-10wt% of polyene polyamine hardener; the solidoid materials include 20-39wt% of cement, 8-19wt% of quartz sand and 0-2wt% of cellulose. The polymer cement antiseptic paint has high strength, high bending resistance, high viscosity, corrosion resistance and aging resistance and is flameproof, nontoxic and safe to use during construction; therefore the polymer cement antiseptic paint is ideal material for the sections or parts that are high in concentration of sulfate, moisture evaporation, freeze-thaw cycling, dry-wet alternation or hydraulic scour and are exposed to sulfate corrosion.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of building materials, and in particular relates to the preparation of a cement polymer anticorrosion coating. Background technique [0002] In areas with high sulfate content, sulfate corrosion of concrete is a common phenomenon. There are many cases of concrete damage caused by this every year, which seriously affects the safety and durability of concrete structures. The country spends a lot of money on this every year. Make repairs. [0003] At present, the commonly used anti-sulfate corrosion method is to use sulfate-resistant cement to prepare sulfate-resistant concrete, or add some anti-sulfate corrosion additives to improve the sulfate corrosion resistance of concrete. Such internally added methods generally have problems such as high cost and limited corrosion resistance. In particular, sulfate corrosion is mostly concentrated in sections or parts with high sulfate concentration or water evaporation, freeze-...
