A recapitalization generating oil hydrogenation catalysts and its preparing method
A technology for reforming to generate oil and hydrogenation catalyst, which is used in metal/metal oxide/metal hydroxide catalysts, physical/chemical process catalysts, chemical instruments and methods, etc., which can solve the problem that catalysts are difficult to meet the requirements of long-term operation. requirements, narrow operating range of hydrogenation temperature, etc., to achieve the effects of excellent olefin hydrogenation activity and selectivity, reduction of aromatics hydrogenation loss, and cheap preparation technology

Embodiment 1
[0031] With the formed alumina as the carrier, in the presence of competitive adsorbent hydrochloric acid solution, use the Pd salt solution with a content of 0.1wt% (based on dry basis alumina), and the concentration of Ma and Mb according to the final content of the catalyst in different molar ratios To confirm, the catalyst of the present invention can be prepared by impregnating alumina carriers of different specifications, then drying at 120°C for 8-12 hours, and calcining at 500°C in air for 4-6 hours. Table 1 lists several catalysts prepared by the method of the present invention.

Embodiment 2
[0035] Using the catalyst in Example 1, a test of selective hydrodeolefination of oil produced by catalytic reforming was carried out on a 100 ml single-tube device. The raw material is the whole distillate of reformed oil from the second-generation continuous reforming unit, the distillation range is 26.2-218.2°C, the aromatics content is 60.5wt%, and the bromine value is 3640mgBr / 100g oil. The reaction conditions are pressure 2.0MPa, reaction temperature 170°C, hydrogen-oil ratio 250:1, liquid hourly volume space velocity 4hr -1 , the catalyst was reduced in hydrogen at 170°C for 8 hours, and pre-sulfurized with dimethyl disulfide as a vulcanizing agent at 170°C. The vulcanization amount was 0.5wt% of the catalyst. The results are listed in Table 2.

Embodiment 3
[0039] Using the catalyst E described in Example 1, a semi-regenerative fixed-bed reformer was used in a 100 ml single-tube device to reform the product oil to selectively hydrodeolefin test. The raw material is the whole distillate of semi-regenerated reformed oil, the distillation range is 46.8-167.5°C, the content of aromatics is 53.5wt%, and the bromine value is 1770mgBr / 100g oil. The reaction conditions are pressure 2.0MPa, reaction temperature 120°C, hydrogen-oil ratio 200:1, liquid hourly volume space velocity 4hr -1 . The catalyst is first reduced in hydrogen at 170°C for 8 hours. After the reduction is complete, dimethyl disulfide is used as a vulcanizing agent at 170°C for pre-sulfurization. The amount of vulcanization is 0.5wt% of the catalyst. Feed, start catalytic hydrogenation reaction, the results are shown in Table 3.
