A safety trocar device designed for safe abdominal endoscope operation, including a trocar assembly and a bracket. The trocar assembly includes a sleeve, a trocar and an insufflation needle. A bottom end of the trocar assembly has a thrust section. In use, the trocar assembly is mounted on a suspension arm of the bracket and the bracket is fixed on an operation table. The bracket has an elevation arm under the suspension arm for hooking the abdominal wall of a patient.
