A terminal determines at least one downlink sub-frame for ACK / NACK feedback from each of a plurality of serving cells and determines the number of ACK / NACK bits for the plurality of serving cells. The terminal generates bundled ACK / NACK bits by arraying the ACK / NACK bits in the ascending order of the cell index of the plurality of serving cells, and transmits the bundled ACK / NACK bits.

The present application includes systems and methods for identifying a compound capable of interacting with a G-Protein Coupled Receptor (GPCR) or Receptor Tyrosine Kinase (RTK) including providing a device capable of measuring cell-substrate impedance operably connected to an impedance analyzer, adding test cells expressing a GPCR or a RTK to wells of the device, measuring first impedances of the wells and optionally determining first cell indices from the first impedances, adding a compound to at least one well containing test cells to form at least one compound well and adding a vehicle control to at least another well containing test cells to form at least one control well, measuring second impedances of the compound well and the control well and optionally determining second cell indices from the second impedances, determining the change in the impedance or cell index for the compound well and the one control well, comparing the change in impedance or cell index between the compound well and the control well, and identifying the compound interacts with the GPCR or RTK if the comparison demonstrates a significant difference between the change in impedance or cell index of the compound well and the control well.

The invention discloses a mobile communication system, network equipment, terminal equipment and a data scheduling method, and the method comprises the following steps: searching a PDCCH set which comprises at least two repeated PDCCHs and is used for scheduling one target PDSCH set; wherein the value of the DAI field of each PDCCH in the PDCCH set is determined according to the position sequenceof the DAI field in the PDCCH set; wherein the position sequencing is that at least one numerical value of a monitoring moment, a serving cell index, a bandwidth part index, a CORESET index, a searchspace index and a CCE index is arranged from small to large according to an identifier of a transmission resource occupied by each PDCCH in the PDCCH set; determining the number of bits of the HARQ-ACK codebook and each piece of HARQ-ACK information according to the searched DAI field of the PDCCH; and sending the HARQ-ACK codebook. The invention further comprises a mobile communication network device, a terminal device and a system which apply the method. By using the dynamic HARQ-ACK codebook determined by the sorting mode of the DAI in the downlink control channel in the invention, the timedelay requirement and the efficiency requirement of uplink control information transmission in an NR system are met.

A method and an apparatus are provided for generating feedback in a communication system. The method includes receiving information about first Evolved Node Bs (ENBs) and a threshold for the first ENBs, which are powered off at a specific time; measuring a channel status for each of second ENBs, which are subject to channel status measurement; selecting a third ENB having an optimal channel status from among the second ENBs, based on the measured channel statuses; generating first feedback information including a cell index and channel status information for the third ENB; measuring a channel status for each of the second ENBs, while the first ENBs are powered off; selecting a fourth ENB having an optimal channel status from among the second ENBs, based on the measured channel statuses; and generating second feedback information including a cell index and channel status information for the fourth ENB.
