Abstract

Of the bioactive gel injection material for bone repairing, each dose consists of component A in 1 ml and component B in 45-55 mg. The component A contains sodium alginate 10-40 mg, bone morphogenetic protein 0.1-1 mg and mannitol 10-20 mg in each ml of bacteria-free physiological saline. Of the component B, each mg contains water insoluble calcium compound 0.05-0.15 mg, gluconolactone 0.05-0.3 mg and polyvinyl pyrrolidone 0.004-0.016 mg except mannitol. The injection material for bone repairing has excellent biocompatibility and simple and safe use, and may be injected to required bone treating position. Animal experiment shows that it has similar bone forming activity to operation implanted solid bone repairing material containing bone morphogenetic protein.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an injected gel-type bone repair bioactive material and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of medical biotechnology. Background technique [0002] (1) Injectable gel drug delivery system [0003] It is a better drug delivery system to compound the drug with a degradable material, and then deliver it to a specific part of the body through injection, make it solidify to form a gel, release the drug and play a therapeutic role. This drug delivery system is easy to use, can prolong the action time of the drug in the body, reduce the dosage of the drug to avoid possible side effects, and implant the drug into the body without surgery, reducing the pain of the patient. [0004] (2) Bioactive materials for bone repair [0005] Bone morphogenetic proteins are a class of cell growth factors that can induce undifferentiated mesenchymal stem cells to differentiate into osteoblasts and proliferate to form cartilage and ...
