Abstract

The invention provides a ferritin photodynamic nano-reactor capable of automatically producing oxygen. The ferritin photodynamic nano-reactor comprises ferritin, a ferritin photodynamic nano-reactor body and a ferritin photodynamic nano-reactor body, the manganese dioxide nanoparticles and the photodynamic photosensitizer are loaded in the inner cavity of the ferritin. The invention further provides application of the ferritin photodynamic nanoreactor capable of automatically producing oxygen to production of active oxygen after illumination. The method comprises the following steps: incubating manganese salt and ferritin, and carrying out biological mineralization to obtain ferritin manganese dioxide nanoparticles; and mixing and stirring a photodynamic photosensitizer dissolved in an organic solvent and the ferritin manganese dioxide nano-particles to obtain the ferritin photodynamic nano-reactor of which the inner cavity is loaded with the photodynamic photosensitizer and manganese dioxide. The manganese dioxide nanoparticles disclosed by the invention have an oxygen self-production effect in a slightly acidic environment so as to improve the photodynamic effect of the photosensitizer.
