Embodiment 1

[0020] A. Substrate preparation: 2Cr13Mo stainless steel is made into hemostatic forceps;

[0021] B. Substrate pretreatment: The hemostat has been polished, polished, pickled, degreased, cleaned and dried successively. Among them, 15% HCl solution is used for pickling, and 10% NaHCO is used for degreasing. 3 Solution, use deionized water for cleaning;

[0022] C. Preparation of nitriding layer: put the dried hemostat into the gas nitriding furnace, and pass through the ammonia decomposition gas for gas nitriding treatment. When nitriding, first raise the temperature to 600°C, and the heating rate is 15°C / min , then keep warm for 12h and then cool down with the furnace;

[0023] D. Sputtering TiN wear-resistant layer: Use a mask to cover the part other than the ratchet teeth of the hemostat, put the hemostat into the magnetron sputtering coating machine, choose a metal titanium target as the sputtering source, and use a nitrogen and argon gas as the sputtering source. The Ti...

Abstract

The invention relates to a surface modification method for metal of a surgical operating instrument, aiming at different performance requirements corresponding to different areas of medical haemostatic forceps. The invention provides different modification treatments on parts with different requirements for the first time, i.e., a gas nitriding treatment mode is selected to carry out preliminary performance optimization on the medical haemostatic forceps, and then a TiN wear-resistant layer is formed at ratchets with high wear-resistant performance requirement through magnetron sputtering, and the satisfactory wear-resistant layer is obtained by adjusting the nitrogen flow in a sputtering process. It is worth mentioning that when the TiN wear-resistant layer is prepared, areas except the ratchets need to be shielded, and therefore the purpose of special treatment on specific areas can be achieved. After the TiN layer is prepared, the wear resistance of the ratchets is remarkably improved, and then the clamping stability of the haemostatic forceps in the using process is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of surface modification, in particular to a method for surface modification of surgical instrument metal. Background technique [0002] Hemostatic forceps is a commonly used surgical instrument, which is used to stop bleeding (clamp blood vessels or hemostatic points), and can also be used to separate tissues, pull sutures and ligatures, and clamp tissues, etc. There are three main types of hemostatic forceps: straight hemostatic forceps, curved hemostatic forceps, and mosquito forceps. There are long and short straight hemostatic forceps, which are used for superficial and subcutaneous hemostasis. There are also long and short curved hemostatic forceps, which are generally used for hemostasis in deep parts or muscle stumps. Mosquito hemostats have a small structure and are used for hemostasis in delicate surgery, such as facial blood vessels, or to hold traction and support wires. [0003] Stainless steel is one o...
