Abstract

The invention finds that the expression of an XPR1 gene in the thyroid cancer cells is obviously higher than that of normal thyroid cells, and the influence of the XPR1 gene on the migration and proliferation capacity of the thyroid cancer cells is verified through a CCK-8 experiment, a colony formation experiment, a Transwell migration experiment, a Matrigel invasion experiment, a flow cytometry, a cell apoptosis experiment and a Western blot experiment.
