Abstract

The invention discloses an azobenzene-polyarylene ether nitrile composite material and a preparation method thereof. The azobenzene-polyarylene ether nitrile composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 to 305 parts of dihydroxy azobenzene, 0.2 to 3.0 parts of monohydroxy azobenzene, 4 to 170 parts of aromatic diphenol, 170 to 250 parts of dichlorobenzonitrile, 60 to 220 parts of an acid-binding agent, 1000 to 2500 parts of an organic solvent and 200 to 500 parts of a water-carrying agent. Through molecular design, an aromatic azo structure is introduced into a main chain structure of a polyarylene ether nitrile molecule to obtain a polymer with a photoactivity function, so that the polymer has flexible molecular designability, good heat resistance, high glass transition temperature, excellent mechanical properties, chemical corrosion resistance and photoresponse performance. The azobenzene-polyarylene ether nitrile composite material can be used as a functional coating, a structural material, matrix resin and the like to be applied to the fields of oil and gas fields, aerospace, transportation, electronics and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of high-performance organic polymer materials, and specifically relates to an azobenzene-polyarylether nitrile composite material and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of industries such as aerospace engineering, electronic products, and oil and gas fields, the demand for comprehensive performance of high-temperature-resistant materials in the application field has further increased. Polyarylene ether nitrile, a polymer material containing aromatic heterocycles and nitrile side groups, has attracted widespread attention for its high mechanical strength, high heat resistance and good processability. Polyarylether nitrile is a new type of thermoplastic special engineering plastics. The nitrile side group in its molecular structure is a strong polar group, and the dipole-dipole interaction between the groups strengthens the force of the polyarylether nitrile ...
