Abstract

The invention also discloses application of the EphB4 in preparation of an insulin-sensitized mouse model. According to the application, on the basis of insulin signal regulation, a protein EphB4 capable of interacting with an insulin receptor (InsR) is found, the protein EphB4 can interact with the InsR, and insulin stimulation can promote interaction between the protein EphB4 and the InsR, so that a certain basis is provided for insulin resistance under the condition of hyperinsulinemia. The degradation of the InsR can be promoted under the condition of overexpression of EphB4; and by inhibiting the EphB4, the sensitivity to insulin can be enhanced, and the insulin resistance can be improved.
