The foundation cream is prepared from the following raw materials: a skin conditioner, a film-forming agent, a moisturizing agent, a solvent, a coloring agent and an additive; the skin conditioner is prepared from polydimethylsiloxane, diphenylsiloxyphenyl polytrimethylsiloxane, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, pentaerythritol tetraester, cetyl ethyl hexanoate, octyl polymethylsiloxane, 1,2-hexanediol, sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, ethylhexylglycerin, a pelargonium graveolens leaf extract and a grape fruit extract; the film-forming agent is prepared from trimethylsiloxy silicate ester and poly (propyl silsesquioxane); the moisturizing agent is prepared from glycerol and butanediol; and the solvent is prepared from water, isododecane, disteardimonium hectorite, disteardimonium hectorite and caprylyl glycol.
