The release layer is selected from PET release film or PO release film. The invention provides an acid-resistant film with good stability and a preparation method thereof. The invention effectively improves the adhesive force of the adhesive layer of the acid-resistant film and enhances the toughness of the adhesive layer by adding the acidified multi-walled carbon nanotubes, so that the acid-resistant film has good acid-resistant solution immersion and prevents residual glue residue effects. The acid-resistant film prepared by the invention has good cohesiveness, acid resistance, good overall stability and no glue residue after use. The preparation method of the invention is simple and convenient, has strong repeatability, is beneficial to large-scale production, and has great significance for the development of flat panel display technology.
