[0027] A method for preparing a CLB molecularly imprinted modified electrode, the preparation method comprising the following steps:

[0028] ①Pretreatment of glassy carbon electrode:

[0029] GCE was sequentially coated with 1.0, 0.3 and 0.05 μm Al on suede 2 o 3 Powder polishing, then placed in double distilled deionized water, HNO 3 (The volume ratio of concentrated nitric acid to water is 1:1), absolute ethanol and twice-distilled deionized water were ultrasonically cleaned for 5 min. Then place the cleaned electrode in 5 mmol·L -1 K 3 [Fe(CN) 6 ] Cyclic voltammetry (CV) scans in solution. Repeat the above pretreatment process until the CV curve with high response peak current and good reversible performance of the probe is obtained. After taking out the modified electrode, rinse it with double-distilled deionized water, and store it in the double-distilled deionized water for later use to obtain a pretreated glassy carbon electrode;

Abstract

The invention relates to aclenbuterol hydrochloride molecularly imprinted poly-o-phenylenediamine modified electrode as well as a preparation method and application thereof.According to the preparation method, o-phenylenediamine is used as a functional monomer, clenbuterol hydrochloride (CLB) is used as a template, a mixed solution of acetonitrile and deionized water in a volume ratio of 1:2 is used as an eluent, a glassy carbon electrode is used as a working electrode, a platinum wire electrode is used as a counter electrode, a saturated Ag / AgCl electrode is used as a reference electrode, and a cyclic voltammetry (CV) method is adopted for scanning 20 circles. After the template molecule is eluted, a CLB molecularly imprinted polymer modified film, namely a CLB molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor, is formed on the surface of the glassy carbon electrode. The CLB molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor is used as a working electrode to perform electrochemical measurement on CLB. Results show that in a K3[Fe(CN)6] solution with a concentration of 5 mol.L<-1>, the DPV peak current and the CLB concentration of the sensor have a good linear relationship in a range of 2.02*10<-8> to 2.19*10<-6> mol.L<-1>. Results of selective experiments on three interferents with structures similar to those of CLB show that the sensor has good selectivity.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of electrochemical analysis and detection, in particular to the preparation and application of clenbuterol hydrochloride molecularly imprinted polyphenylenediamine modified glassy carbon electrodes. Background technique [0002] Clenbuterol hydrochloride (CLB), the chemical name is 4-amino-α-(tert-butylaminomethyl) 3,5-dichlorobenzyl alcohol hydrochloride. It has been used as a drug for bronchial asthma and miscarriage protection, but it has been banned because of its high toxicity and side effects. In the early 1980s, it was accidentally discovered that it can promote the growth of lean meat and reduce fat, and it was soon used in the breeding industry. In 2002, relevant state departments issued the "Catalogue of Drugs Prohibited from Use in Feed and Animal Drinking Water" and listed it as a prohibited drug. [0003] At present, methods for determining clenbuterol hydrochloride include spectrophotometry, ...
