Embodiment Construction

[0066] In order to have a clearer understanding of the technical features, purposes and effects of the present invention, the specific implementation manners of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Apparently, the described embodiments are only some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. Based on the implementations described in this specification, all other implementations obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

[0067] Covalent polymerization to prepare sequence-controlled polymers is far from trivial. Covalent polymerization links monomers one by one through iterative chemistry, a tedious process that requires very high reaction yields and repeated purification steps to remove impurities with wrong structures. Compared with covalent polymerization, supramolecular polymerization has the property of dynami...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a sequence-controllable supramolecular polymer. The method comprises the following steps: binding a guest molecule with aggregation-induced emission characteristics with CB[8] to generate a ternary complex; and by taking the ternary complex as a monomer, carrying out further self-classification polymerization to obtain the sequence-controllable supramolecular polymer. According to the invention, a sequence-controllable supramolecular polymer can be formed through host-guest interaction between a guest molecule with a simple structure and a CB[8]molecule, and the generated sequence-controllable fluorescent supramolecular polymer can be used for drug detection in urine, can detect morphine in artificial urine, and has good stability, sensitivity and accuracy.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of aggregation-induced luminescence, in particular, to a technique for observing supramolecular polymerization using aggregation-induced luminescence technology and preparing sequence-controllable supramolecules using aggregation-induced luminescence molecules (AIEgen) and cucurbituril 8 (CB[8]) It also relates to a detection method using supramolecular polymers as molecular probes to distinguish morphine and heroin, two structurally similar drugs; and the application of supramolecular polymers to detect morphine in artificial urine. Background technique [0002] Sequence control plays an important role in biological systems and is a prerequisite for key features of life. For example, the DNA double helix sequence formed by the self-sorting of adenine-thymine (AT) and guanine-cytosine (GC) base pairs is the molecular basis of genetic information storage, replication, transcription, expression and inh...
