Problems solved by technology

[0003] In the thermal insulation project of expanded perlite products, it is necessary to use caulking adhesives to fill the bonding gap between holes and expanded perlite products, but the existing caulking adhesives have the following deficiencies: 1. Poor mechanical properties, It is easy to age and crack, has low tensile strength, weak cohesion, is greatly affected by environmental temperature changes, and has certain construction difficulties; 2. During the preparation process, it is difficult to put all materials into a conventional stirring device for stirring Ensure that all materials are in sufficient contact, and the stirring performance of the stirring device is also poor, and there will be problems of uneven mixing of materials. If the staff feeds the materials in stages, the labor intensity will be greatly increased and the cost will increase.

Abstract

The invention discloses a joint filling adhesive for expanded perlite product insulation work and a preparation method of the joint filling adhesive. The joint filling adhesive comprises the followingcomponents in parts by mass: 40-50 parts of expanded perlite particles, 15-30 parts of an inorganic adhesive, 20-40 parts of an inorganic filler, 1-5 parts of an additive, 0.2-0.5 part of a plasticizer and 0.2-0.3 part of an assistant. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (a) burdening; (b) stirring; (c) discharging; and (d) packaging. The joint filling adhesive has the advantages of high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, difficulty in aging, high tensile strength, strong impermeability, convenience in construction, long service life and easiness in transportation and storage; and the preparation method is simple in process and high in automation degree, fixed-point and timed feeding of workers is not needed, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, materials are fully and uniformly mixed, and the quality of the finished joint filling adhesive is high.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of building material caulking agents, in particular to a caulking adhesive for thermal insulation engineering of expanded perlite products and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] As an inorganic lightweight material, expanded perlite and its products are widely used in thermal insulation projects because of its low bulk density, good thermal insulation effect, low cost, and convenient construction and operation. [0003] In the thermal insulation project of expanded perlite products, it is necessary to use caulking adhesives to fill the bonding gap between the holes and expanded perlite products, but the existing caulking adhesives have the following deficiencies: 1. Poor mechanical properties, It is easy to age and crack, has low tensile strength, weak cohesion, is greatly affected by environmental temperature changes, and has certain construction difficulties; 2. During the preparat...
