Strong-toughness self-repairing adhesive hydrogel is successfully synthesized by the method of free radical copolymerization initiated by ultraviolet. The hydrogel material obtained by a preparation method has excellent mechanical properties, self-repairing properties and adhesion properties. Through the introduction of base pairs, the hydrogel can be good in tissue adhesion; the mechanical properties of the hydrogel can be enhanced by regulating the effects and content of different base pairs; and the self-repairing properties of the hydrogel material can be realized through base pair hydrogen bond cross-linking and dissociation mechanism. The tensile strength of the prepared hydrogel material is 144 kPa, and the elongation at break is 293.3%; and the hydrogel material has significant adhesion properties on almost all kinds of materials and biological tissue including timber,iron, aluminum, poly(tetrafluoroethylene), plastic, glass, and the hearts, livers, spleens, lungs and kidneys of mice, and has 70% of self-healing properties under mild conditions.
