Abstract

The invention discloses a separation and determination method for the mobility of nicotine optical isomers in cigarettes. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) collecting nicotine optical isomers in cigarettes; 2, collecting nicotine optical isomers in cigarette aerosol; (3) carrying out accurate quantitative determination on S-(-)-nicotine and R-(+)-nicotine; and (4) calculating the mobility of the nicotine optical isomers in the cigarettes. According to the separation and determination method, a Trap column is adopted for the first time to replace a quantitative loop, so that a target object cut by a one-dimensional column can be completely collected, and quantitative determination is more accurate; it is found for the first time that the mobility of R-(+)-nicotine to aerosolin traditional cigarettes is obviously higher than that of R-(+)-nicotine to aerosol in heated cigarettes.
