Abstract

The invention provides an electromagnetic induction heating abrasive water jet device and method for assisted ice breaking. A pressurizer, an electromagnetic induction heating device and a sand mixingpipe which are sequentially connected are arranged; the input end of the pressurizer is connected with a water source; an abrasive supply system is further arranged on the sand mixing pipe for conveying abrasives to a water flow in the sand mixing pipe; and the output end of the sand mixing pipe is provided with a nozzle for enabling abrasive water jet in the sand mixing pipe to be sprayed out and jetted through the nozzle. The high-temperature abrasive water jet can delay jet condensation, thus the ability of the jet to cut an ice layer is improved, and the jet has the high temperature and can wash out and melt the ice layer to a certain extent, so that the ice breaking effect is improved; and meanwhile, the abrasive water jet has the extremely-high cutting ability, and thus the thickness of the ice layer which can be cut is greatly increased. The electromagnetic induction heating abrasive water jet device and method are used for assisted ice breaking of a traditional impact or fracture-type icebreaker, the ice breaking efficiency of the icebreaker can be greatly improved, and the electromagnetic induction heating abrasive water jet device and method are worthy of being promoted.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of ships and marine engineering, in particular to an induction heating abrasive water jet device and method for assisting ice breaking. Background technique [0002] As a new technology, abrasive water jet technology has the advantages of low cost, high efficiency, and environmental protection. It has been widely used in oil and gas exploration and development, ultra-high pressure water jet drilling, steel rust removal, hydraulic jet fracturing, high-speed Various actual working conditions such as water jet cleaning. During polar navigation and river icebreaking, water resources can be replenished at any time and are safe and environmentally friendly; and the shock wave formed instantly by the high-speed water jet acting on the ice surface can cause deformation and destruction of the ice plate, and the abrasive water jet can directly impact the ice surface To make it crack or break, the hysteresis flow form...
