Abstract

The invention discloses a method for purifying nitrogen and phosphorus nutrient substances in a river water body by utilizing aquatic plants, which comprises the following steps: S1, selecting an areawater body to be purified, and sampling; S2, determining the types of planted emergent aquatic plants, floating plants and submerged plants according to the total nitrogen content, the total phosphorus content and the ammonia nitrogen content in the sampled water body, and respectively pre-culturing for 1-2 weeks; S3, putting pre-cultured emergent aquatic plants, floating plants and submerged plants into the water body of the region to be purified, and determining the planting density; S4, growing with the growth cycle of the emergent aquatic plants, the floating plants and the submerged plants being 30-40 d, and then detecting the total nitrogen content, the total phosphorus content and the ammonia nitrogen content of the purified water body. Aiming at main indexes influencing the waterquality, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen are detected and compared, the optimal combination type of emergent aquatic plants, floating plants and submerged plants for purifying the water quality is determined, and a scientific theoretical basis is provided for ecological restoration and treatment of eutrophication and black and odorous water bodies.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of water body purification, and in particular relates to a method for purifying nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients in river channel water by using aquatic plants. Background technique [0002] Aquatic plants are an important part of constructed wetlands, which play an important role in the transformation and degradation of pollutants. They can directly absorb and use nitrogen and phosphorus in sewage for their own growth; enzymes and other substances released by plant roots can directly degrade pollutants. And the degradation rate is very fast; studies have shown that different aquatic plants have different absorption and adsorption effects on pollutants, and the enzymes released from the root system and the population and quantity of rhizosphere microorganisms are different, which affects the removal effect of constructed wetlands on pollutants. It is of great significance to investigate the effect of differ...
