Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, for stool tests in hospitals or physical examination centers, samples cannot be stored for a long time due to instability caused by temperature or environmental impurities, and must be sent for testing immediately
This has caused inconvenience to patients and required a high time for medical staff to send for inspection, and it also made it difficult for testing laboratories to operate and provide results in a timely manner
Therefore, the proportion of patients who cooperate with providing samples has decreased, and the effectiveness of subsequent related medical methods has also been affected.

Abstract

The invention discloses fecal sample stabilization fluid as well as a preparation method and an application method thereof. The fecal sample stabilization fluid comprises a cell buffer component, an ion-chelated DNA stabilization component, and a microorganism proliferation prevention component; the cell buffer component is prepared by blending trihydroxymethyl aminomethane with sodium chloride; the ion-chelated DNA stabilization component is ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid; and the microorganism proliferation prevention component is prepared by blending an ammonium persulphate solution with water. The preparation method of the fecal sample stabilization fluid comprises the following steps: preparing a trihydroxymethyl aminomethane-hydrochloric acid solution; preparing an ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid solution; preparing a sodium chloride solution; and then, dissolving the ammonium persulphate in the water, adding the trihydroxymethyl aminomethane-hydrochloric acid solution, the ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid solution and the sodium chloride solution, and carrying out mixing so as to obtain a finished product. The application method of the fecal sample stabilization fluid comprises the following steps: adding a fecal sample into the fecal sample stabilization fluid, wherein the volume of the fecal sample is equal to the volume of the fecal sample stabilization fluid, and carrying out uniform mixing so as to obtain a mixture; and then, storing the mixture with the temperature controlled within 37 DEG C. The fecal sample stabilization fluid is capable of effectively maintaining stability of tested components, and enables storage of fecal samples for a long period of time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of molecular biology, in particular to a stool sample stabilization solution and a method for preparing and using the same. Background technique [0002] In the past 10 years, the incidence and mortality of cancer in China have been increasing. Since 2010, cancer has become one of the main causes of death in China. The main reason for the substantial increase in cancer incidence and mortality is public health issues. Among the public health problems, colorectal cancer is one of the fastest growing cancers. Like most cancers, early detection and early treatment of colorectal cancer are very important. Clinical bowel cancer screening options include fecal occult blood and colonoscopy. Colonoscopy detection is relatively complicated and accompanied by detection pain. At present, the initiative and compliance of active colonoscopy examination in China are poor. The accuracy of fecal occult blood screening ha...
