Embodiment 2

[0039] Bacterial solution preparation: The screened endophytic fungi (G3) were cultured in potato dextrose agar medium at 28°C for one week, then inserted into 60 mL potato dextrose liquid medium, and cultured in a constant temperature shaker for 72 h (28°C, 160 r min -1 ), calculate the number of spores by hemocytometer method, and dilute the cultured bacterial solution with sterile water to 5.5×10 6 pcs L -1 . After that, it was diluted with 40 mL of sterile water, and this concentration and dosage were used for inoculation in subsequent experiments.

[0040] This experiment adopts the soil culture pot experiment, and selects the annual short-branch casuarina from the same mother tree to carry out the soil culture pot experiment of seedlings. The seedlings are provided by the Chihu Shelter Forest Farm in Huian County, Fujian Province. The potting soil is yellow heart soil and sandy soil 3:1 Proportional mixing (see Table 1 for soil nutrient content), formaldehyde disinfec...

Abstract

The invention discloses endophytic fungus strain capable of enhancing activity of acid phosphatase of casuarina equisetifolia in low-phosphorus-content environment. The endophytic fungus strain is named Herpotrichia australis G3, and is registered and preserved in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center since November 20, 2019 under the preservation number of CGMCC No. 18816. The endophytic fungus strain is separated and purified from the root of the casuarina equisetifolia, and is capable of significantly improving the activity of the acid phosphatase of the casuarina equisetifolia so as to enhance adaptability of seedlings in the low-phosphorus-content environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of microorganisms, and in particular relates to an endophytic fungus capable of enhancing the activity of casuarina acid phosphatase in a low-phosphorus environment. Background technique [0002] Acid phosphatase is an induced enzyme and hydrolase widely distributed in different tissues of plants. It releases inorganic phosphorus by degrading organic phosphorus compounds, and promotes the absorption, activation and reuse of phosphorus in plants. Synthesis of phosphatase inside and outside plant cells in phosphorus-deficient environment. The phosphatase secreted outside the cell will promote the activation of organic acids and improve the availability of phosphorus in the soil. The acid phosphatase secreted by plant roots can hydrolyze phospholipids in the soil, making the soil insoluble Phosphorus is activated for uptake and utilization by plants. Therefore, the acid phosphatase synthesized and secreted by plant leav...
