Problems solved by technology

[0003] The lack of water resources is another problem that plagues agricultural development. Insufficient water irrigation will lead to reduced food production, and even large areas of crops will dry up and die, which in turn will lead to poor harvests for farmers and affect the stable development of the social economy.
[0004] In addition, in some areas there is a production method of flood irrigation, which will not only lead to low water resource utilization, but also promote soil salinization, accelerate soil compaction, resulting in low yield or even no growth of crops

Abstract

The invention particularly discloses a water-retaining slow-release fertilizer based on carboxymethyl chitosan and a preparation method thereof. The method relates to synthesis of a polymer slow-release fertilizer and a preparation process of a water-retaining agent. A polymer fertilizer is successfully introduced into a water-retaining agent network in a physical blending manner. A linear polymerslow-release fertilizer synthesized by taking urea, formaldehyde and monopotassium phosphate as raw materials serves as a nutrient source and is physically wound in a water-retaining agent network, and the nutrients can be diffused into soil along with moisture to provide moisture and nutrients necessary for crop growth. The fertilizer overcomes the defects of complex preparation process, high cost and the like of a double-coating coated fertilizer, has the advantages of simple preparation process and low price, and can be widely applied to desert vegetation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of water-retaining slow / controlled-release fertilizers, in particular to a novel water-retaining slow-release nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] At present, human beings around the world are faced with the severe challenges of population growth, decreasing arable land, and serious water pollution. Agriculture is the material condition for human survival, how to increase food production is the core issue of agricultural development. As we all know, fertilization is a commonly used and effective way to promote crop growth and significantly increase food production. According to statistics, 40-70% of nitrogen, 80-90% of phosphorus, and 50-70% of potassium in ordinary fertilizers can be lost through leaching, surface runoff, volatilization, etc. during use, which leads to extremely high fertilizer utilization by crops. The negative impact is much...
