Abstract

The invention discloses a method for extracting fatty acids from Dioscorea opposita Thumb. The method comprises the following steps: S1, carrying out peeling with alkali liquor; S2, adding 0.1%-0.3% of phytic acid under a microwave condition for color protection; S3, performing pulping and centrifuging; S4, adding complex enzymes to reduce the viscosity of mucus, wherein the complex enzymes comprise cellulase, mannase and xylanase; and S5, performing spray drying, and carrying out supercritical extraction via carbon dioxide to obtain fatty acids from Dioscorea opposita Thumb. According to theinvention, CO2 is used as an extraction agent in a supercritical state, so solvent consumption is low, and product yield is high; a carbon dioxide fluid is a green pollution-free solvent and is cheapand easily-available; the extracted fatty acids from Dioscorea opposita Thumb have the characteristics of high purity, no solvent residue, short extraction period, no environmental pollution and the like; and the method is simple in process and suitable for industrial mass production.
