The invention discloses a DMAC (dimethylacetamide) recycling and purification circulation environment-friendly device which comprises a waste gas recycling tower, a water pump, a distilled water return pipe, a recycling tower outlet pipe, a DMAC purification tower, a lower outlet pipe, a heater, a concentration pipe and a condenser, wherein the condenser communicates with the distilled water return pipe; the waste gas recover tower is used for discharging a liquid with DMAC from the water pump; and the liquid flows into the DMAC purification tower through the recycling tower outlet pipe. On one hand, the liquid with the DMAC is discharged out along with the lower outlet pipe after being purified in the DMAC purification tower, is heated through the heater, water of which the boiling pointis lower than that of DMAC is distilled out, and then a high-concentration DMAC liquid is obtained and is discharged along the concentration pipe; on the other hand, generated vapor is discharged to the condenser through the DMAC purification tower and is condensed into water which is returned to the waste gas recycling tower for repeated use along the distilled water return pipe. On one hand, theconcentration of purified DMAC can be ensured, on the other hand, the water can be saved, and excessive water in a DMAC solution can be recycled and utilized, so that both concentration requirementsand water amount requirements can be met, the efficiency is high, and in addition, the resource utilization rate is high.
