Problems solved by technology

During the sublimation drying process, if the time is insufficient, the solid water in the material will melt in advance. At this time, the water vapor content in the freeze-drying box will greatly increase, indicating that the material freeze-drying failed.

specific Embodiment approach 1

[0067] The specific implementation plan one is as follows: a certain domestic brand freeze dryer (1m 2 ) one, used in conjunction with the mass spectrometry device in the present invention, to simulate the detection of multi-component gases such as leaking silicone oil and water vapor on-line in real time.

[0068] First, the gas in the freeze-drying box is introduced into the mass spectrometry device of the present invention through capillary sampling.

[0069] Secondly, the ionization gauge in the device of the present invention ionizes water, nitrogen, and oxygen molecules in the measured gas into water, nitrogen, and oxygen positive ions; the single-photon ionization source ionizes the silicone oil neutral molecules in the measured gas into silicone oil positive ions .

[0070] Again, positive ions of water, nitrogen, oxygen, and silicon oil are introduced into the quadrupole mass analyzer through the transmission focusing electrode.

[0071] Next, the quadrupole mass an...

Abstract

The invention provides a mass spectrum device and method for detecting multi-component gas in a freeze-drying process. The device comprises an inner container electrode, a sample injection pipe, a first ionization source, a second ionization source and a mass analyzer, wherein one end of the sample injection pipe faces the inner container electrode, to-be-detected gas is introduced into the innercontainer electrode, the first ionization source faces the inner container electrode and ionizes water molecules, nitrogen molecules or oxygen molecules in the to-be-detected gas to obtain corresponding positive ions, the second ionization source faces the inner container electrode and ionizes silicone oil neutral molecules in the to-be-detected gas to obtain corresponding positive ion, the transmission focusing electrode is arranged between a mass analyzer and the inner container electrode, the positive ions are dragged by electric field force generated by the inner container electrode, and the positive ions are introduced into the mass analyzer through the transmission focusing electrode. The device is advantaged in that mass spectrum of the multi-component gas in the freeze-drying process can be detected in real time, detection sensitivity is improved through two ionization modes, and the range of sample analysis is widened.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of mass spectrometry analysis, in particular to a mass spectrometry device and method for detecting multi-component gases in a freeze-drying process. Background technique [0002] Vacuum freeze-drying technology (hereinafter referred to as freeze-drying technology) refers to the technology of freezing water-containing materials at low temperature, and then directly sublimating the water in the vacuum state without going through the liquid state. The physical, chemical and shape of the material after drying by this technology are basically unchanged, the loss of active ingredients is small, the rehydration is good, and the sealed storage period is long. Freeze-drying technology is widely used, especially in the field of biopharmaceuticals. [0003] With the continuous improvement of living standards, the public's awareness of environmental protection and health is further enhanced, people put forward higher requiremen...
