Abstract

The invention discloses a jet electrodeposition spray head and a method for manufacturing a seamless metal pipe by the spray head. The jet electrodeposition spray head mainly comprises a spray head main body provided with a spray nozzle, conductive anodes, an electric insulation mold core, electrolyte, an electrodeposition power supply and a cathode substrate; the electric insulation mold core andthe spray nozzle are coaxially arranged on the spray head main body; and one end of the electric insulation mold core extends out of the spray nozzle. The extending end of the electric insulation mold core of the jet electrodeposition spray head is in close contact with the surface of the cathode substrate during working; the electrolyte is connected with the spray head main body and flows out ofa gap formed by the electric insulation mold core and the spray nozzle at a high speed to form a hollow liquid flow column which completely wraps the electric insulation mold core to the cathode substrate; then the electrodeposition power supply turns on the conductive anode and the cathode substrate to be electrified; under the combined action of a flow field and an electric field, specific metal ions in the hollow liquid flow column are subjected to reduction reaction and grow upwards layer by layer around the surface of the electric insulation mold core to form a hollow electrodeposition metal pipe; a numerical control motion platform controls the jet electrodeposition spray head and the cathode substrate to perform precise spatial motion according to a preset track; and the seamless electrodeposition metal pipe with an spatial structure is continuously electrodeposited in the steady hollow liquid flow column.
