The farmland irrigation, drainage and purification treatment circulation system comprises a river and a plurality of farmland irrigation systems, wherein the river provides a water source for the farmland irrigation systems; an ecological treatment system is arranged between every two adjacent farmland irrigation systems; each ecological treatment system comprises a gravel bed, a submerged plant belt, an earthwormecological wetland and a water storage pool; the outlet of a previous farmland irrigation system communicates with the first inlet of a gravel bed; the outlet of each gravel bed communicates with theinlet of a submerged plant belt; the outlet of each submerged plant belt communicates with the inlet of an earthworm ecological wetland; the first outlet of each earthworm ecological wetland is a water outlet which communicates with the inlet of a water storage pool; and the outlet pipe of each water storage pool communicates with a next farmland irrigation system.
