Abstract

The method comprises the steps: performing degreasing and rust removal on a fastener, then immersing the fastener in a blackening liquid for 10-20 minutes so as to form an oxide film layer,performing water washing, and then applying organic paint so as to form the organic coating. The problems that current electroplating, electroless plating, organic coating and other surface protectionmethods have complicated and harsh pretreatment, thick coatings, serious pollution and common anti-corrosion performance are solved. The surface treatment technology which adopts double protection ofblackening treatment and the organic coating has thin coatings, a simple process and low cost, no complicated pretreatment is required, and the neutral salt spray corrosion resistance of the coatingis improved to a large extent on the premise of ensuring excellent adhesion between the coating and a substrate.
