Problems solved by technology

[0006] Using conductive polymer materials as capacitive sensor electrodes can improve the flexibility of the sensor, but its sensitivity is low
In order to improve the sensitivity of the sensor, many researchers at home and abroad have made the dielectric layer into a pyramid, porous, columnar array and other structures through the mold, which can effectively improve the sensitivity of the sensor, but as the external pressure increases, the range of the sensor will decrease. significantly reduce
Moreover, all the above-mentioned sensors need an external auxiliary power supply during measurement, which greatly increases the measurement cost

Abstract

The invention relates to the sensor technology field and especially relates to a flexible self-energy-supply pressure sensor. The sensor comprises a dielectric frictional layer and a hydrogel dielectric layer which are attached with each other. Outer sides of the dielectric frictional layer and the hydrogel dielectric layer are successively provided with an electrode layer and a protection layer. The hydrogel dielectric layer is a mixture of a high-molecular polymer and a conductive liquid. The dielectric frictional layer is made of a friction dielectric polymer material. A convex microstructure is arranged on a contact surface of the dielectric frictional layer and the hydrogel dielectric layer. The flexible pressure sensor can be used to measure pressure on the structure. Compared with atraditional piezoresistive sensor, a piezoelectric sensor and a capacitive sensor, by using the pressure sensor of the invention, an idea of providing power by external pressure on the sensor itselfmakes the obtained sensor have advantages of flexibility, low power consumption, and high sensitivity and the advantage that there is no need to add power during measuring. Flexible pressure providedin the invention has a great potential application value on aspects of a wearable sensor and structural surface pressure measurement.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of sensors, in particular to a flexible self-powered pressure sensor. Background technique [0002] With the continuous development of science and technology, the degree of intelligence of human society is getting higher and higher, and sensors, as the main source of information, are the "heart" of the Internet of Things, smart devices, and unmanned driving. According to different sensing principles, the sensors currently used mainly include piezoelectric sensors, piezoresistive sensors, and capacitive sensors, which are mainly used to detect parameters such as stress, strain, temperature, and humidity on structures. Compared with piezoelectric and piezoresistive sensors, capacitive sensors have the advantages of simple structure, low energy consumption, good dynamic response, and less susceptible to environmental factors, so they are widely used in important fields such as aerospace, consumer electronics, a...
