Abstract

The invention provides a composite waterproof layer for a concrete bridge deck of a railway ballast track and a construction method of the composite waterproof layer. The composite waterproof layer comprises a concrete protective layer, a modified polyurethane paint layer and a sealing primer layer from top to bottom; and the invention also provides a polyurethane composition for forming the modified polyurethane paint layer and a preparation method of the polyurethane composition. According to the invention, the waterproof layer is formed by directly spraying or roll-coating polymer materialson the concrete bridge deck, and then the concrete protective layer is laid, so that the structure not only can avoid an own defect that an existing waterproof coil material is weak in bonding with the concrete bridge deck and effectively reduce occurrence of water channeling, but also prevent hidden dangers brought by more overlapping parts in construction of waterproof coiled materials; therefore, the invention is of great significance in improving durability of railway concrete bridges.
