The directional solidification of the material is realized by rapid laser beam heating and cooling, and alumina-zirconia eutectic bioceramic with smooth surface is prepared. The XRD results show that after the alumina-zirconia eutectic bioceramic with a drawing rate of 200 [mu]m / s is aged for 145 hours, a tetragonal zirconia phase is observed at the diffraction angles of 35.2 degrees, 40.5 degrees and 41.3 degrees, indicating that the phase transformation of the alumina-zirconia eutectic bioceramic does not occur in the hydrothermal environment, i.e., the alumina-zirconia eutectic bioceramic has excellent aging resistance.
