At the same time, 24 cases of endometrial cancer tissues and 24 cases of paracancerous tissues were retained. The selected patients' plasma and serum samples were all from newly diagnosed patients who had not undergone surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy intervention and were pathologically confirmed as endometrial cancer. The demographic data and clinical data of these samples were collected systematically.
