The echinococcosis treating drug combination and preparation is prepared by taking eugenol, beta-asarone, D-limonene and beta-cyclodextrin as raw materials through the steps including, firstly, weighing out the eugenol, the beta-asarone and the D-limonene at a weight ratio of 5:1:5 for clathration in a beta-cyclodextrin saturated aqueous solution at a molar ratio of 1:1; secondly, suction-filtering the beta-cyclodextrin clathrate through a sand core funnel, and drying the filtered beta-cyclodextrin clathrate;thirdly, drying the raw drugs of the weight ratio of 5:1:5 as the main component, and then adding in auxiliary components for tableting to obtain tablets.
