Abstract

The invention discloses a resveratrol microsphere and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of organic micro-nano materials. The resveratrol microsphere and the preparationmethod thereof aim to solve the problem that resveratrol has less solubility in water, poor light stability, poor oral absorption, low bioavailability, and difficulty in long-lasting action. The resveratrol microsphere is prepared with bovine serum albumin, resveratrol, vegetable oil, an emulsifier and distilled water as raw materials, the encapsulation rate of the obtained microsphere is up to 78%, and the drug loading amount of the microsphere is up to 81%. After 10 hours of UV irradiation treatment, the retention rate of pure resveratrol is only about 20% while the retention rate of resveratrol in protein microspheres is 50% or above, and the photostability is improved. Meanwhile, the preparation process is simple, easy to implement, and suitable for being applied and popularized.
