At first, a risk index system of the hazardous waste treatment process is established, which comprises the following steps of determining a hazardous treatment and finis process, and splitting the hazardous treatment and finishing process into a plurality of sub-processes; identifyingthe risk factors in each sub-process from the perspectives of environment, human factors, technology, organization and process; determining the specific evaluation index of the risk factors, and obtaining the risk factors set composed of the evaluation index; then screening the risk factors in the hazardous waste treatment process by a rough set, and finally, calculating the risk assessment valuebased on the GRNN algorithm and the selected risk factors.
