The environment-friendly low-density EPS sheet bar is prepared from the followingcomponents in parts by mass: 100-200 parts of styrene resin, 50-80 parts of volatile polystyrene, 2-6 parts of a foaming agent, 50-80 parts of epoxy resin, 50-80 parts of unsaturated polyester, 2-4 parts of polycarbonate, 30-50 parts of expandable graphite, 30-50 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 50-80 parts of carbon fibers, 1-5 parts of a curing agent, 1-2 parts of a coupling agent, 1-2 parts of alubricating agent, 1-4 parts of a compatilizer, 2-4 parts of a dispersant, 0.1-0.3 part of nitrogen, 50-70 parts of mountain flour, 2-4 parts of zinc borate and 2-4 parts of a grain refiner. The environment-friendly low-density EPS sheet bar and a preparation technology thereof are capable of realizing own fire resistance of the EPS sheet bar, and reducing overall density of the EPS sheet bar through the nano silicon dioxide and the carbon fibers.
