Problems solved by technology

Chemical pesticide control has the advantages of good control effect, quick effect, and low cost, but the "3R" (residual, re-rampant, and resistance) problems caused by long-term excessive and inappropriate application have become the focus of food quality and ecological security.

Embodiment 1

[0050] Embodiment 1, acquisition, identification and preservation of bacterial strains

[0051] 1. Acquisition of strains

[0052] 1. Take the fruiting body of Phellinus radix that has been wild for many years in the Qinling Mountains of Shaanxi Province, and carry out surface disinfection. Surface disinfection method: rinse with clean water, rinse with alcohol for 5 minutes, soak in 5% sodium hypochlorite for 10 seconds, and rinse with sterile water for 10 times.

[0053] 2. Sterile filter paper absorbs the moisture on the surface, cuts off the liquid-contact side with a sterilized blade, then cuts the inside into small pieces and transplants them into the modified Martin solid medium containing 50mg / L penicillin for 3 days, then picks Individual grown colonies were cultured.

[0054] 3. Further carry out continuous purification to obtain a purely cultured strain, which is named SHM-1 strain.

Abstract

The invention discloses an alternaria alternata strain and an application of the alternaria alternata strain in resisting pathogenic bacteria of potato ring rot. The invention provides alternaria alternata SHM-1, which is assigned with the accession number of CGMCC No.15984. The invention further protects a preparation method of an extract. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1)culturing the alternaria alternata SHM-1; (2) collecting a filtrate, carrying out concentrating, and thus a concentrated solution is obtained; (3) carrying out organic phase extracting, and collecting an organic phase; and (4) carrying out reduced pressure distillation, so that the extract is obtained. The extract prepared by adopting the method also belongs to the protection scope of the invention. The invention further protects the application of the alternaria alternata SHM-1 in preparing an antagonist for the pathogenic bacteria of bacterial plant diseases. The invention further protectsan application of the extract, and the application is (a) or (b): (a) preparing the antagonist for the pathogenic bacteria of bacterial plant diseases; and (b) serving as the antagonist for the pathogenic bacteria of the bacterial plant diseases. With the technical scheme provided by the invention, a novel path is provided for preventing and treating the diseases caused by the pathogenic bacteriaof the potato ring rot.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biotechnology, and in particular relates to an Alternaria strain and its application in antagonizing potato ring rot pathogenic bacteria. Background technique [0002] In the process of plant cultivation and growth, harmful organisms will change their growth environment, affect the normal metabolism of plants, hinder plant growth, and eventually cause lesions in the external form of plants, such as fusarium wilt, rot, and powdery mildew. Diseases are mainly infectious diseases, which are easy to spread, difficult to control, and have many types. (1) Fungal diseases: Infected by fungi into plants, mostly in high-temperature and high-humidity environments, the bacteria are mostly parasitic in trees, seeds, and soil; the spores of the bacteria are spread by natural forces; they germinate at a certain temperature and humidity Grow and invade plants and affect plant growth. (2) Bacterial diseases: caused by bacterial ...
