During a power non-generation phase, the grid-connected inverter is operated in a test mode and emits a common mode voltage with a certain frequency. The frequency ofthe common mode voltage is calculated according to the parasitic capacitance of a photovoltaic panel and a line impedance, and the grid-connected inverter measures the common mode current output by the photovoltaic inverter.
