Embodiment 1

[0034] Pretreatment of corn stover with acid co-solvent p-toluenesulfonic acid (p-TsOH) and its effect verification

[0035] 1) Weigh 4.0 g of dry corn stalk powder sieved through a 40-mesh sieve, and place 40 mL of P-TsOH containing 75 wt % in a 70 mL mechanically stirred tank.

[0036] 2) Adjust the reaction kettle so that its rotation speed is 550rpm, raise the temperature to 70°C with full power and keep it for 30min.

[0037] 3) Turn off the power after the reaction is over, and quickly place the reaction kettle to cool down to room temperature with circulating water.

[0038] 4) transfer the reaction product from the reaction kettle, filter to obtain filtrate and solid residue; add 10 times the volume of water to the filtrate to precipitate lignin, and separate solid and liquid to obtain lignin precipitation and xylose-containing sugar liquid;

[0039] Use Waters 515HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) to measure the xylose content wherein after part of the sug...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of biomass resources, and particularly relates to a highly efficient green agricultural and forestry waste pretreatment method. The method comprises the following steps: (a) agricultural and forestry waste is mixed with the aqueous solution of acidic co-solvent to react, so that reaction liquid and solid residue are obtained; the agricultural and forestry waste contains hemicellulose, cellulose and lignin; and the acidic co-solvent is prepared from a sulfonic acid group and a hydrophobic group; (b) the concentration of the acidic co-solvent in the reaction liquid is decreased, so that lignin precipitate and xylose-containing acid liquor are obtained; and the solid residue is hydrolyzed under the existence of cellulase, so that glucose is obtained. The method uses the acidic co-solvent to treat agricultural and forestry waste, lignin in the agricultural and forestry waste can be removed under relatively mild reaction conditions, the defects of conventional treatment methods, such as high energy consumption, harsh reaction and sugar degradation, are overcome, the agricultural and forestry waste treatment cost can be reduced, and the yield of glucoseand xylose are increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biomass resources, in particular to an efficient and green method for pretreating agricultural and forestry wastes. Background technique [0002] Due to the limited storage of fossil fuels and the various environmental, economic and political problems brought about by the massive use of fossil fuels, the search for alternatives to fossil fuels and the development of renewable energy have become important development directions for global energy. Biomass energy has become an important means for people to deal with the dual conditions of energy security and climate change due to its renewable and environmental protection. Agricultural and forestry wastes are rich in cellulose and hemicellulose and other available substances, which are important biomass resources. Using agricultural and forestry wastes as energy materials is one of the research hotspots in the field of renewable energy. [0003] The traditional utili...
