The invention discloses a kit for determining the content of intact parathyroid hormone antibody (iPTH) in human serum by adopting a magnetic particle-based chemiluminescence method. The kit consistsof a calibration material, a control material, an antibody reagent, a magnetic particle reagent, and a luminescent substrate; the antibody reagent is a fluorescein isothiocyanate-labeled intact parathyroid hormone-coated antibody and an alkaline phosphatase-labeled intact parathyroid hormone-labeled antibody; and the magnetic particle reagent is magnetic particles and a goat anti-FITC (anti-fluorescein isothiocyanate) adapter. The invention combines the chemiluminescence technology with immunomagnetic particles, and provides a reaction system which is close to the homogenous phase; moreover, because a one-step reaction mode is adopted, the sensitivity and precision of assay are greatly increased, the assay range is broadened, the reaction time is greatly shortened, and the time is less than 25 minutes from the beginning of sample addition to an assay result, so the kit is obviously rapider than other similar kits; furthermore, a plurality of samples can be simultaneously assayed on a full-automatic chemiluminescence instrument, the high-throughput rapid determination of the intact parathyroid hormone antibody is realized, the accuracy is high, the specificity is high, and accuracyand assay efficiency are greatly improved.
