The inner core drug contains a small quantity of metal powder fuel; the outer ring drug comprises sodium chlorate and a catalyst in a proper proportion as main components and contains no metal fuel. By means of the design, the outer ring drug is catalytically decomposed by heat transmitted by the inner core drug, so that heat emission of the oxygen candle is reduced greatly.
