The recycled micropowder aerated concrete building block is prepared by mixing the followingraw materials in parts by weight: 4-6 parts of coal ash, 8-10 parts of cement, 8-10 parts of quick lime, 5-7 parts of mineral powder, 4-6 parts of silica fume, 4-6 parts of slaked lime, 1-3 parts ofsodium sulfate, 0.6-0.8 part of lignin, 0.6-0.8 part of triethanolamine, 0.6-0.8 part of sodium hydroxide, 0.6-0.8 part of calcium hydroxide, 1 part of a water reducing agent, a foam stabilizer, 1 part of a retarder, and recycled micropowder. According to the technology, slurry falling in pouring and offcuts falling in blank cutting are recycled to a waste slurry pool, and then pumped into a pouring stirrer for reutilization, so that not only cannot the raw materials be wasted, but also the viscosity can be increased after repeated stirring, and further the strength of the finished building block can be enhanced; steam exhausted by an autoclave and waste water can be reutilized, so that resources and cost are saved, and meanwhile, the improvement of resource conversion rate of building wastes and the popularization of the technology are facilitated.
