Abstract

The invention discloses a method for sweating and preparing soap wax and low-melting-point paraffin. According to the method disclosed by the invention, an oil-soluble emulsifier and oil-soluble acid are dissolved in a sweating raw material to serve as an oil phase material on the basis of an ordinary sweating process, an inorganic salt solution serves as an aqueous phase material and is sweated after emulsification, a tiny space is formed after bubbles and salt solution produced by reaction between the oil-soluble acid and the inorganic salt are discharged, and a channel for discharging oil is formed so as to promote rapid discharge of the oil. Meanwhile, the wax and oil can be forcibly separated by enabling airflow to carry out the liquid oil through a wax layer in the sweating process, so that the yield of the target product is improved, and the production cycle is shortened. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of low production equipment investment, simple preparation process, low operating cost, no solvent pollution and the like.
