Abstract

The method includes the steps of: 1) preparation of a culture medium: under natural pH value, weighing the raw materials including, by weight, 40-60% of the linen combings, 10-20% of corncob, 10-20% of wood chips, 15-20% of wheat or rice bran, 1% of gypsum powder and 1% of lime, and crushing the linen combings into granules being 0.5 + / - 0.1 cm in size, completely wetting the linen combings, uniformly mixing the linen combings with the wood chips, wheat bran, lime and gypsum powder, adding water until water content is 60%, and packaging the mixture in bags and sterilizing the mixture to obtain the culture medium; 2) inoculation; 3) spore germination; 4) cultivation and management during fruiting; 5) harvesting.
