According to the present invention, with the application of the solvent system to prepare the working liquid, the good hydrogen efficiency can be provided during the hydrogen peroxide production process with the anthraquinone method; and the density difference between the working liquid and the water is high, and the surface tension of the working liquid is high, such that extraction and other subsequent operations are easily performed.
