Problems solved by technology

For example, when high-temperature and high-humidity conditions are applied, there may be problems such as air bubbles near the level difference or expansion due to air leakage from the plastic sheet used as the protective panel, warping, peeling, etc.

[0074] (6) Preparation of adhesive composition

[0075] Prepare (meth)acrylate polymer (A), and add crosslinking agent (B), crosslinking accelerator (C) and add A silane coupling agent (D) and an additive can prepare an adhesive composition P.

[0076] The (meth)acrylate polymer (A) can be produced by superposing|polymerizing the mixture of the monomeric unit which comprises a polymer by a normal radical polymerization method. The (meth)acrylate polymer (A) can be superposed|polymerized by the solution polymerization method etc. using a polymerization initiator as needed. As a polymerization solvent, ethyl acetate, n-butyl acetate, isobutyl acetate, toluene, acetone, hexane, methyl ethyl ketone, etc. are mentioned, for example, and 2 or more types may be used together.

[0077] As a polymerization initiator, an azo compound, an organic peroxide, etc. are mentioned, and 2 or more types may be used together. As azo compounds, for example, 2,2'-azobisisobutyronitrile, 2,2'-azo...

Embodiment 1

[0131] 1. Preparation of (meth)acrylate copolymer

[0132] A (meth)acrylate polymer (A) was prepared by copolymerizing 62.5 parts by mass of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 22.5 parts by mass of methyl methacrylate, and 15 parts by mass of 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate. When the molecular weight of this (meth)acrylate polymer (A) was measured by the method mentioned later, the weight average molecular weight (Mw) was 500,000.

[0133] 2. Preparation of Adhesive Composition

[0134] Mix 100 parts by mass of the (meth)acrylate polymer (A) obtained in the above step (1) (value in terms of solid content; the same applies hereinafter), and trimethylolpropane-modified toluene disulfide as a crosslinking agent (B). 0.23 parts by mass of isocyanate (manufactured by Nippon Polyurethane Industry Co., Ltd., product name "CORONATE L"), dibutyltin dilaurate (manufactured by Toyokemu Co., Ltd., product name "BXX3778- 10") 0.005 parts by mass, 0.25 parts by mass of 3-glycidyl ether propyl trimethoxysilan...

Embodiment 2~6、 comparative example 1~2

[0144] An adhesive sheet was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1, except that the mixing amounts of the crosslinking agent (B), the crosslinking accelerator (C), and the silane coupling agent (D) were changed as shown in Table 1.

[0145] Here, the said weight average molecular weight (Mw) is the polystyrene equivalent weight average molecular weight measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) under the following conditions (GPC measurement).

Abstract

Provided is an adhesive which is obtained by crosslinking an adhesive composition containing (A) a (meth)acrylic acid ester polymer that has a weight average molecular weight of from 200,000 to 900,000 and contains, as a monomer unit that constitutes the polymer, more than 10% by mass but 30% by mass or less of a monomer having a hydroxyl group, (B) a crosslinking agent and (C) a crosslinking accelerator. This adhesive has a gel fraction of 40-90%. An adhesive layer which is formed of this adhesive has both excellent blister resistance and excellent level difference followability.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an adhesive agent and an adhesive sheet that can be used for touch panels and the like. Background technique [0002] In recent years, various mobile electronic devices such as mobile phones and tablet PCs have been equipped with displays using display modules including liquid crystal elements, light emitting diodes (LED elements), organic electroluminescence (organic EL) elements etc., the cases where the display becomes a touch panel are gradually increasing. [0003] In a display like the one described above, a protective panel is usually provided on the front side of the display module. Along with the reduction in thickness and weight of electronic equipment, the above-mentioned protective panels are gradually changed from conventional glass plates to plastic plates such as acrylic plates or polycarbonate plates. [0004] Here, a gap is provided between the protective panel and the display module, so that when the...
