A ladle sliding water gap is formed between the upper water gap and a long water gap of the ladle. A discharged slag detection, calculation and control unit is arranged, and the discharged slag detector is connected with the discharged slag detection, calculation and control unit through a discharged slag detection signal processing unit. The discharged slag detection, calculation and control unit is connected with the ladle sliding water gap through a sliding water gap control unit.
