Problems solved by technology

[0004] Polystyrene (PS) is a commonly used thermoplastic with a glass transition temperature of around 100°C and has good stability in water. However, current research data show that the surface of PS film is very easy to adsorb protein molecules.
Polyisoprene (PI) is a polymer with a glass transition temperature lower than normal temperature. Some researchers have compared polystyrene with a glass transition temperature of about 100°C and polyisoprene with a glass transition temperature lower than normal temperature. (PS / PI) blending, it was found that the blended film undergoes phase separation, is unstable in water and is prone to dewetting, and the protein tends to adsorb on the PS region
Therefore, the blending of the two polymers does not solve the problem of "instability and dewetting" of the polymer with a lower glass transition temperature

Embodiment 1

[0025] A polymer blend film that inhibits protein adsorption, prepared by the following method:

[0026] (1) Preparation of solution: weigh polystyrene (PS) 5.4mg, poly-n-butyl methacrylate (PBMA) 3.6mg,

[0027] Add 1000ul toluene and mix thoroughly to obtain a clear solution, the relative molecular weight of the polystyrene is 300000, and the relative molecular weight of the poly-n-butyl methacrylate is 337000;

[0028] (2) Preparation of film: set the rotating speed of the spin coater to 3000r / s, and the spin coating time is 40s; adopt the method of dynamic spin coating, drop an appropriate amount of solution in the spinning spin coater, and make a polymer after 40 blend film.

[0029] The PS / PBMA mass ratio of polymer blend film described in this embodiment is 6:4, and the thickness of polymer blend film is 52nm, take PBMA film as comparative example, the polymer blend film obtained in this embodiment The protein adsorption test was carried out together with the PBMA fil...

Embodiment 2

[0031] A polymer blend film that inhibits protein adsorption, prepared by the following method:

[0032] (1) Preparation of solution: take polystyrene (PS) 5.6mg, poly-n-butyl methacrylate (PBMA) 2.4mg, add 600ul toluene and fully mix to obtain clear solution, the relative molecular weight of described polystyrene is 300000 , the relative molecular weight of the poly-n-butyl methacrylate is 337000;

[0033] (2) Preparation of film: set the rotating speed of the spin coater to 3000r / s, and the spin coating time is 40s; adopt the method of dynamic spin coating, drop an appropriate amount of solution in the spinning spin coater, and make a polymer after 40 polymer blend film, the thickness of the polymer blend film is 48nm.

[0034] The PS / PBMA mass ratio of the film in this example is 7:3, and the obtained polymer blend film is tested for protein adsorption. The results measured by the atomic force microscope show that the surface of the polymer blend film is consistent before ...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of polymers and in particular relates to a polymer blend film inhibiting protein adsorption as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The polymer blend film is prepared by carrying out blending and spin coating on polystyrene and n-butyl polymetharcylate in a mass ratio of (6:4) to (7:3). The thickness of the polymer blend film is 45-55nm. The polymer blend film can not appear dewetting phenomenon in solution, has excellent stability and also has superstrong protein adsorption inhibitory property; the preparation method is simple, high in operability and applicable to mass production; the polymer blend film is used for modifying (including coating) a medical in vivo implant material, an anti-protein adsorption layer is formed on the surface of the medical in vivo implant material, and in-vivo foreign body reaction induced by non-specific protein adsorption can be effectively avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of polymers, and in particular relates to a polymer blend film for inhibiting protein adsorption, a preparation method and application thereof. Background technique [0002] Proteins are important macromolecules in living organisms and have extremely rich biological functions such as immunity, transport, recognition, and catalysis. However, once proteins come into contact with the surface of biological materials, they are prone to adsorption and contaminate the materials. On the surface of medical implant materials, non-specific adsorption of proteins can induce foreign body reactions in the body, leading to the adsorption of cells and blood proteins, further inducing coagulation to form thrombus, and even causing serious consequences such as bacterial reproduction and infection. A common feature of biotechnology designs closely related to people's lives is how to reduce the adsorption of proteins on the surface of m...
